Pacific Agenda Summit Commences with Traditional Hawaiian Worship

HONOLULU, HAWAII – February 22, 2026 – H.E. President Hilda C. Heine on Sunday joined the Official Opening for ‘The Pacific Agenda: Investment, Security, and Shared Prosperity Summit’ with a Traditional Hawaiian Worship – Hoʻoilina Service at Kawaiahaʻo Church. The service brought together regional leaders, dignitaries, and invited guests in a spirit of unity and reflection, honoring Hawaiʻi’s cultural heritage and the shared values of the Pacific.

The opening ceremony was followed by an Exclusive Welcome Lunch for heads of delegation and special guests at the Bishop Museum, providing an opportunity for fellowship and engagement ahead of the summit’s formal proceedings.
