HE President David Kabua congratulated Michael Lojkar for being the first Marshallese citizen to be accepted to the Air Force Academy at the Cabinet conference room this morning.
Cabinet Ministers offered their felicitations to Michael and wished him the best.
Michael was accompanied by his parents, Martin and Juanita Lojkar and younger brother.
