MAJURO, MARSHALL ISLANDS – February 21, 2026 – Her Excellency President Hilda C. Heine led a delegation to Honolulu, Hawai‘i to participate in The Pacific Agenda: Investment, Security, and Shared Prosperity Summit, held February 22–24, 2026.
Convened in partnership with the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, and the East-West Center, the Summit brings together Pacific leaders, U.S. officials, and private sector partners to advance investment, economic growth, and regional security across the Pacific.
Members of the delegation include Minister of Finance, Hon. David Paul, Minister of Natural Resources and Commerce, Hon. Tony Muller, Chief of Staff Emma Kabua-Tibon, and representatives from the private sector.
While President Heine is on official travel, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Hon. Kalani Kaneko, will serve as Acting President.
