Majuro, Marshall Islands – October 18, 2024 – Her Excellency President Hilda C. Heine officially accepted the Letter of Credence presented by His Excellency William Brown Toganivalu, the newly appointed Roving Ambassador of the Republic of Fiji to the Republic of the Marshall Islands. The presentation ceremony took place at the Cabinet Conference Room, marking the beginning of Ambassador Toganivalu’s diplomatic mission in the Marshall Islands.
President Heine warmly welcomed Ambassador Toganivalu to the Marshall Islands and extended heartfelt congratulations on his appointment. President Heine expressed the Government of the Republic of the Marshall Islands’ unwavering commitment to fostering strong bilateral relations between the two nations and further assured Ambassador Toganivalu of the fullest cooperation and support in advancing mutual interests.
The credential presentation ceremony was attended by Foreign Minister Kalani Kaneko, Justice Minister Wisely Zackhras and officials from the Office of the President and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
